The controversial rapper offers a large cash stake for a bout in the ring, claiming the Grammy winner lacks real fighting ability.
Controversial rapper Speed Darlington has issued a public boxing challenge to Grammy-winning artiste Burna Boy, boasting that he can defeat the musician in the ring.
Speaking during an interview on Hip TV, the “Akpi” crooner offered to stake a substantial sum of money if Burna Boy agreed to face him in a physical contest.
Speed Darlington dismissed Burna Boy’s physical reputation, claiming his musical success does not translate to fighting ability.
“I challenge Burna Boy to fight me. I will drop a huge sum just to fight him. I want to fight him. I will beat him. He can’t beat me,” Speed Darlington said during the broadcast.
He added that while many people admire Burna Boy’s music catalog, it does not mean the singer can defend himself in a fight.
The public callout comes amid lingering friction between both artistes, following Speed Darlington’s previous detention over comments made online regarding Burna Boy.
