Veteran Nollywood actress Patience Ozokwor, widely known as Mama G, has celebrated her 68th birthday with messages of gratitude for her career and health.
The award-winning actress shared a heartfelt statement across her social media platforms on Monday, expressing appreciation to God for bringing her this far.
She thanked her supporters, whom she fondly refers to as her “MamaG Lovers,” for their steadfast love throughout her decades in the Nigerian film industry.
“Celebrating my birthday today with a grateful heart. I want to thank God Almighty for long life, good health, a sound mind, and the knowledge of Him,” Ozokwor wrote.
She added a special prayer for her audience, wishing her fans and their families continued blessings and prosperity in their life endeavors.
Ozokwor rose to prominence in the late 1990s with her breakout role in the film Authority and has since starred in hundreds of Nollywood movies and stage productions.
